Equilibrium Staff Meeting
Service Description
The Equilibrium Project provides expert staff training designed to bridge the gap between safeguarding theory and classroom practice. We focus on deepening staff knowledge and building the confidence needed to address sensitive topics in an increasingly complex digital landscape. Our training helps staff understand the profound impact of the online world on a pupil’s personal development. We explore: The Changing Online Landscape: Navigating the shift in online safety, from deepfakes and AI risks to the influence of misogynistic ideologies. Deciphering Behaviors: Developing a clear understanding of the spectrum between healthy, problematic, and harmful sexual behaviors, attitudes, and content. Skilled Engagement: Practical techniques for supporting pupils, answering "tricky" questions, and facilitating the participatory learning encouraged by the 2025 RSHE guidance. Staff training sessions can be half or whole day inset training, MAT-wide training sessions, parent workshops, online webinars or 1-1.5 hour twilight sessions
