In accordance with statutory safeguarding guidance (‘Keeping Children Safe in Education – Statutory guidance for schools and colleges) we can confirm that Engagedu CIC has undertaken all relevant background pre-employment checks, including an Enhanced DBS with clear children’s barred list check, identity check, check of professional qualifications, right to work in the UK check and employment history with references.
We can also confirm that checks are all up to date in line with current safeguarding legislation and includes the EEA Restrictions/Sanctions for teaching staff from January 2016
Such checks relate to all members of staff employed by Engagedu CIC.
